Best of luck to IBPD PO 2015 aspirants for 31 october D-DAY.

Best of luck to IBPD PO 2015 aspirants for 31 october D-DAY.

Hello philic's
We are imparting a lucid strategy: how to maximize your chace to crack "IBPS PO MAIN EXAM"

We wish you have completed your all revision work, all important formulas and all bits and bobs regarding exam, it's time to sleep sound and wake up early in the morning. You have imparted your 100% till now and it's high time to show your mettle, so tighten your belt and plunge into the D-DAY. We are always with you, wish your result, so keep calm and muster your courage i can, we guarantee you will definitely crack the exam.

Keep patience, it will enhance and boost your confidence, so please. Kp.

Dear start with General awareness or Computer Awareness, you can attempt these questions within few minutes. Attempting 40-45 questions within 15 minutes will enhance your confidence and you attempt Reasoning and Quant section with more concentration.

Hey gladiator this is strategy

1). Stick to above given strategy you want to make few changes then you can attempt Reasoning before English and QT at last

2). Skip difficult DI set

3). Skip Puzzles and Blood relations in Reasoning

4). Never attempt Reasoning at first, who seems to difficult at prima-facie, you can try if your have proper time after completing all sections

5). Never answer Reading Comprehension questions without reading the whole passage, if you don't have enough time then skip one RC. I have seen many experts recommending to attempt RCs without reading it, that's a utterly wrong strategy.

6).Target 100% accuracy. If you aren't sure about a question, skip it than making a lame guess. It will save your time.

7). From our expectations, Ideal attempt is 130-140 but that is dependent upon your accuracy. If you can attempt 100 questions with 100-110 with 100%, it's a better strategy.

8). last but not least don't lose your patience, keep kalm, present your best, because you are pearl and must have glitterd light by your work.

Please check it before exiting from home to examination hall.
----------------------------------
ü-Carry Important Documents: Make sure you carry all important documents with you to the examination hall viz, the admit card, the black/blue pen, pencil, eraser, sharpner and photo identity proof in original as well as a photocopy.

ü-Reach before Time: Plan your journey and estimate the maximum time you would take- make allowances for traffic jams- to reach the venue of examination. Thiswill save you from unnecessary panic and stress.

ü- Don't lose confidencein the middle of exam if you feel that you have attempted a section of paper badly as it will degrade your performance in the remaining questions.

All the best.
Kp family.

Soon, no interviews for low-rank govt jobs

Soon, no interviews for low-rank govt jobs

NEW DELHI: Moving ahead with PM Narendra Modi's I-Day promise, the department of personnel and training is identifying posts in the government where it can dispense with the requirement for an interview.

In a significant move, the government has decided remove the process of interviews for low ranking jobs from next year. The move is likely to benefit thousands of qualified job seekers who fail to crack job interviews due to poor communication skills.

Addressing the nations on his monthly radio programs Mann ki Baat, Prime Minister Modi said, "From January 1, next year, there will be no requirement of interview for Group B,C and D posts in central government."

Sources said the government is looking to implement the move at the earliest and a beginning is expected to be made with Group `D' posts, although the plan is to extend the policy to Group `C' and `B' posts as well. The idea is to reduce discretion and scope for corruption in government jobs and the need for an interview in some of the hiring can easily be done away with.

In addition, the move is expected to hasten the process of recruitment. Yet, the government is keen that a fool-proof system is evolved, which is not prone to misuse in the future.

Sincere thanks to modi sir for this great effort towards transparency.

This above analysis is based on the real observations shared by our philic's who have given the exam. The pattern of the English section of SSC CGL Tier II Exam was similar to the conducted  to last year. Most of aspirants filled wrong answer in the colze test not because this section  is tough but they unable to the question no, viz. 1st question is middle and last filler is the 1st question and like this....... and no other section is time consuming, so it will said cut off will be same as previous year.
